Born and raised in Sarasota, Lisa Gullick possesses a wealth of valuable local knowledge. This innate expertise provides the basis for her 20 years of experience in residential real estate, as well as her eight years in residential property management.

Lisa began her real estate career in 1998 as a residential sales associate with a national real estate firm. She then accepted a position as their Lido/Longboat Key property manager. During her five years with the company, Lisa truly excelled in assisting customers with their rental needs, as well as overseeing all aspects of rental property. In 2005, Lisa joined a local real estate company as a residential sales associate, where she spent five years further enhancing her exceptional knowledge of the local market area and successfully guiding homebuyers and sellers through their transactions. She joined this local real estate company's rental division in 2013 where she specialized in all aspects of rental leasing and property management for Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota and the surrounding mainland areas.

In 2018, Lisa joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a broker associate. Passionate and driven, she is committed to achieving her customer's goals and as a lifelong resident of Sarasota, she offers unrivaled insight into the many fabulous lifestyle options in the area.

For Lisa, ongoing professional education has been a key component to her success. In addition to her sales license, she is a broker - she holds a certificate from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute and Graduate of the 2015 Leadership Academy of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Lisa served on the board of the National Association of Residential Property Managers Sarasota/Manatee Chapter as secretary, a two-year term. She is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and offering the best to her customers. Lisa has four children and two wonderful grandchildren. In her leisure time, she enjoys relaxing on our beautiful beaches, boating and traveling.
